At what point can I begin using LEO & JAX Tattoo Balm?
It is recommended to wait until your tattoo has fully healed before applying LEO & JAX’s Tattoo Balm. Once your tattoo has completely healed, you can start enjoying the many benefits of our tattoo balm.
Can I use your tattoo balm if I have a nut allergy?
Our tattoo balm contains shea butter derived from the shea nut. Shea allergies are not common but if you have a tree nut allergy or have experienced an allergic reaction to tree nuts, it is recommended to consult with your doctor before using our tattoo balm.
What is the range of tattoos and skin tones that can be used with LEO & JAX Tattoo Balm?

Where do you ship?
We ship to all locations within Canada. We also offer shipping within the United States.
When can I expect to receive my order?
The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 3-5 business days, and for international orders is 5-12 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
Is it possible to change the shipping address on my order?

What is the process for returning a product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after this time frame. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To ensure a smooth process, please include the name and order number in the package when returning the product.
